The 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) for our organic 5-HTP Griffonia tablets is obtained from the seeds of the African black bean (Griffonia Simplicifolia). In cooperation with our African supplier and a German pharmaceutical company, we are the first company in the world to have succeeded in producing a Griffonia extract that meets the high requirements of the EC Organic Regulation.
BIO 5-HTP Griffonia tablets contain 50 mg 5-HTP from organic Griffonia extract in one tablet. 5-HTP is a precursor of serotonin. Serotonin is also known as the "happiness hormone". In addition to the naturally occurring vitamins and minerals, the organic Griffonia extract also contains the secondary plant substances naturally occurring in the plant. These accompanying plant substances also support the usability of the natural ingredients.
Consumption recommendation:
